WQMA-AM 1520, Marks, MS is suppose to be slient!

Yea, I just looked at it again and noticed that. You know, this is a bunch of crap. Larry Fuss has a right to protest the second go around on this STA crap of he will apply for!

I'm sure Larry Fuss won't be the only one filing an informal petition to deny,..

I don't care if he stays on the air or not. I just want my equipment he stole returned. It would be nice to get the money I'm owed too, but his bankruptcy took care of that. The coward's way out!

LF

Larry,
Have you filed any Civils Suits on this yet? Now if you have serial numbers, showing where the equipment belongs to Delta Radio, Inc., he can be prosecuted. You have a case here, and you need to presue it!

I did file a civil suit and got a judgment. His bankruptcy wiped that clean. But "theft by conversion" is criminal. That's my next step.

Larry. It might not help with the money, but a couple of my associates from my New Jersey days might be able to help. They might even have some cousins in Vegas who could assist. It won't bring back the cash, but like my old uncle Iggy used to say: "kneecaps are the next best thing". This could be easy. After all, we know where the pigeon lives. Fifty bucks and a carton of cigarettes ......

Just get me a plane ticket n rental car and I'll be on my way :)

Paul,

Good Luck! He may have dogs surrounding the joint and you may not get in there! I could see it now, Jason and his mother with the shot guns pointed outside the building! Be Careful!

What p***** me off is the commission has allowed this crap to go on too long.

And if one sells property that is not his, in Mississippi that is known as "selling mortgaged property." In Mississippi that is a felony regardless of dollar value. I know because we had someone sell us radio eqpt (12 yrs ago-not LF's by the way) that was not his. He got some time in the county hotel for it. We did (ethically and legally since we found out whose it was) have to return the eqpt. or buy it from the owner and then try to recoup our $ from the perpetrator.
