WQMS/Quitman, MS Back

I was in Stonewall and decided to scan the AM dial. WQMS 1500 is back with the Real Country format. So far it sounds great and they even have jingles. Here's hoping that the locals embrace the station and that some businesses will purchase advertising so that they can have a local station again.

True but the FM (98.9) is on the market as K-Love has relocated to 93.5. It would be great if the owner of the AM also bought the FM and did a combo. The FM doesn't have a stellar signal into Meridian but does reach it. Guess time will tell.
