WQNO Power Downgrade

Maybe you guys have talked about this already, and my apologies if you have. Why is WQNO downgrading to one tower and taking a major hit to night coverage?

What made me look is I saw a car wrapped in a WIST 690 New Orleans logo in Atlanta this week. In the back of this fading mind, I seem to remember WIST was no more, so I went looking.
 
Thanks for the link. It appears they are going even lower in night power than the STA. The STA is for 1.2kw at night. The CP is for 106 watts. There must be something going on with the antenna efficiency.
