WQNR format change

Just wondering if anyone noted the format change of WQNR from Adult Album Alternative to a pop variety hits station. Sad loss.

Given it's unique dial position, I'd have called it "Nine FM" (like the suburban Chicago version). When did they make the change?

If the music on their Playlist widget is a sample of what they play regularly...well, I'd have to admit that 99.9 would get a slot on my presets.

Rock fans still have WTGX "Tiger 95.9", right?
