WQNS 104.9 Booster in Asheville

Does anyone know the status of WQNS-1 in Asheville. Somedays it is clearer then others, seems like it is on one day than off the next. I get a great HD signal sometimes. Any Clear Channel employee's have any information?
 
Back when they played country, they didn't sound so good in Asheville. Then they added WQNQ, which makes no sense now that I know where that signal was actually coming from.
