WQNS FM1 Asheville Construction Permit

Does anyone have any information on Rock 104.9 WQNS FM1 contruction permit to move closer to Asheville. The FCC database website shows Clear Channel is working on a FM booster. Any comments, is this going to help their signal in Asheville?
