WQRC 99.9

Are you all able to get 99.9 WQRC down there in Providence area? Their station used to be recently be AC, it seems like they are about to be Hot AC like 106 COD. It looks like both of them are competeing against each other.

If I live in that area, for now, Between those two stations, I would choose to listen to WQRC, because John Tesh show. His show is cool. He has a lot of good information that everyone needs to know. Check it out for yourself. they have him on Sunday-Friday night 7pm-Midnight
WQRC.COM

Can you all get any radio stations from Cape Cod?? If so, which ones. Which ones do you like? Here in Revere, Ma area, I get ,ost Cape Cod radio stations (especially better at night) I like either WQRC, or 96.3 The Rose. Back in the day (early 1990s) I used to get Cape 104 and back then they used to play 14 songs in a row 24/7. They are back now (CHR)

Thank you for your time

I somewhat noticed that when on Revere Beach. I did notice that about WQRC, they're starting to be more Hot AC. I've even been able to get them here on occasion (I'm in Natick). But I noticed that before, they played a lot of older songs that were obscure, and not very many stations played them anymore. I even noticed Cool 102 was like that a little bit.

About Cape 104, here's what's interesting. They're back, but not on the same frequency. I believe it's heard on 103.9 now, and WOCN is now on 104.7, and I think WOCN is now more like WQRC used to be. I think it's kind of like WPLM, but softer. Though I'd like to ask, why did you post this on the Providence board? I think this belongs on the Boston board, since Cape Cod technically IS in the Boston market.

WQRC is not regularly listenable in any part of Providence County. However, it Washington (South) and Newport Counties, it often comes in as a local. One prime example would be Narragansett Town Beach. It can be heard easily, even on an old, shoddy Walkman. Its signal obviously does well over water.

The only Cape station that is easily heard in Providence County is Cool 102. However, in Narragansett, nearly every Cape station is at the very least audible.

I just assumed because it was closer to you all area, that's why I posted here, sorry everyone.

I agree with everything you said here. I get most Cape Cod stations in Revere area, especially at night, as well as in Southborough/Framingham area when I was driving on the Mass Pike, and parts of Route 128
