pulling in 0.5 in the arbitrendsthats jack for you

First of all, mentioning a station's rating here is a no-no. I'm guessing you're looking at WQSR's numbers in Washington. WQSR is not a Washington station; it's a Baltimore station. How they're doing in Baltimore is all that counts. Whatever numbers they or any other station gets outside of its primary market is irrelevant. Getting listeners in Washington, however, could make a good pitch for a Jack sales executive.

Jack's Baltimore numbers have been over a 3 share since it started. This is a market where Jack works. From what I have heard of the station the music is targeted a bit older than most Jack's.CBS should keep Baltimore and L.A. they work. Most other CBS Jack's have not worked all that well.

CBS is also doing well with Jack in Las Vegas and Fresno; mixed results in Seattle. They're struggling in Sacramento, but is showing some growth.

CBS Radio should also keep Jack in Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN, Fresno and Buffalo where the last ratings looked good. Just to add about the one in Seattle, that one seems to be doing fine for CBS Radio also it works I say. We all know where CBS needs to pull Jack. New York City, Chicago, Dallas, and San Antonio. Also their are Jack's not owned by CBS that should be taken down, for starters Jack Denver, CO.

There is not a Jack in Denver. It's a Ft. Collins station that just happens to put out some kind of signal in Denver. I do believe their legal ID includes Denver, but for all intents and purposes, it isn't a Denver station.

It pulls a 2 share in the Denver book (only a half share behind the Mountain), and operates out of Denver.

jack in SA is not doing that bad, better then the krock station they had

I'm listening more. The playlist seems to have gotten better recently including songs that I think would be construed corporately as "unsafe".
