I was in Westmoreland County Wednesday listening to 1570 WQTW, they were playing Polka's. In January they were also playing Polka's, a comment was made on this site that their were internet connection problems with 103.9 and they were playing Polka's to fill the time. Top of the Hour ID States hits of the 60's, 70's and 80' WQTW Latrobe/Greensburg. any Ideas?
