Back in 1986 the FCC had a Computer program that looked to add night service to AM Daytimer's. They also looked at the Canadian (locally 540 ,860,940,1550 )and Mexican (1570 )clear channel's. The results were called Plan. A letter was sent to each Station letting them know how much if any power they could use at night. Locally 680/50 watts,730 /24 watts , 860 /12.5 watts, 910/69 watts, 940/5 watts, 1050/65 watts, 1080 / 10 watts, (did not use), 1150 / 70 watts, 1380 /38 watts, 1550 /4 watts, 1570 /220 watts, 1590/ 69 watts. They are Not listed in the history Cards but under Plan in the CBDS tab.I have listened to WQTW at night in New Stanton. And night service was listed in the FCC site until this past Year.
