OK
I have two different types of tapes. Do you want a front shot ? In jeans ? or Spandex. Or, I have the hairy back pose, along with a rose strategically placed. Let me know. Oh hell, I'll send both.

Thanks, pk, for the plug. Yes, I am coaching small business owners through the business process of planning, leadership, team building, marketing, sales, service and finances.

Seems managing radio people for so many years especially as a general manager qualifies one for a lot of things (hold down the funny-farms jokes, please :). Throughout my entire career in Reading, Lancaster and Harrisburg I was blessed to have some great people work for me, making my job easier. I still try to keep in touch with many of them and do talk to Sam McGuire, Bruce, Jess and others regularly. We had a nice thing going in Harrisburg from 2001-2003 and I believe we were on the "verge of greatness". Granted, the competition was quality and Ron and Ron are great radio guys. It's just that what we were seeing organizationally, structurally and product-wise was starting to accelerate growth nicely. I remember telling my boss at the end of my tenure that "the next guys job is going to be easy".

Like watching a McNabb pass to the sidelines up 6, 2nd and 7 with 2:36 to go, I sometimes scratch my head.

Mike
