You are correct, the app now exists, message me and it's on the way.
BUT maybe not..
Same guy who wants my dollar said:
they started the format basically in March, they haven't even had a full ratings period yet with Eastlan (Owboro) or in Evansville (these guys aren't focused on Evansville). So theres no proof it went down. WRAY/WQXQ does show up in the metro, but arbitron won't show their numbers because they haven't subscribed. So it's anyones GUESS at best.

If you have a copy of the Arbitron book, you can see everyone's numbers - subscribers and the non paying deadbeats. No guessing needed. I'll charge you two dollars to look at my copy.
