WQYK drops the "Bay Areas #1 Meteorologist"?

After more than a decade, seems like WQYK has switched from ol' Dick Fletcher to Fox 13 for weather. This is the first time, Fox 13 has had a radio partner as far as I know. For weather on the radio, here's the way it goes now...

WSJT 94.1 = Bay News 9
WFLA-AM 970 = WFLA-TV 8
WQYK = WTVT Fox 13
WRBQ Q105 = Bay News 9

(Am I missing any?)

I recall Howard Shapiro doing the radio forecast for a Tampa station for a long time during morning drive. I just cant remember which one...Something tells me it was WFLA

The religious Moody Radio chain also uses BN9's services.

The Bay News 9 folks really do a good job. Fletcher always sounded old and pissed off about something on QYK. Fox is probably a step up for QYK as long as we don't have to listen to Howard Shapiro on the radio...yikes.
