RADIO geek squad

Country Music Association announced WQYK-FM winning CMA Major Market Station of the Year Award, and that Randy and Dave won the Major Market Personalities of the Year Award!

WQYK-FM is a veteran winning awards, since this is their 2nd CMA Award and Randy and Dave’s first!

The awards presentation will take place in Nashville Wednesday, November 12.

TAMPA BAY in its entirety is honored that one of our local stations won this prestigious award.

Congratulations to the Tampa Bay CBS cluster; they seem to have a handle on their FM operations and outstanding delivery in all their various formats; now if they could just figure out what to do with AM 1010, with it's inherent signal problems to the north and south of the metro area.
