Long overdue. Wade had all the tools and Daddy Goodman's money and still cound not win because his stations had no energy or creativity. Anyone who knows CBC knows that is the problem throughout the company so he's just a scapegoat. 99.9 missed its chance. 101.5 hasn't been good for years. It's all about Joe Wade.
It's a shame. WRAL was a powerhouse. Maybe its the sentimental old guy in me - but you
have to root for the independant broadcaster. It would be great to see the right programmer
in the chair and get WRAL back to the position of dominance it held for so many years.
