WRCH Lite 100.5 flipped to Christmas Music at 12 Noon today. I was just telling someone yesterday it was weird that there was no Christmas Music on WRCH, WEZN, WMAS, or WSRS and now WRCH is doing it.
WSRS didn't flip last year until a week or less before Christmas, if I recall correctly. Or maybe I don't recall correctly. But it wasn't quite this early.
Even The Cockroach has signed on early and started playing wall-to-wall holiday hits - only it will only be until Thanksgiving night, with the music returning on occasion until the 25th.
Novel idea: why not ask why Delilah or early Christmas music are successful instead of repeatedly telling us that these are not a few of your favorite things? Stations don't air these shows to lose listeners.
