WRCN?

Has JVC completed the deal to purchase WRCN?

I noticed on wrcn.com that they don't have a morning show or the venerable Kaptain Kevin listed anymore. (Although Drew Kenyon is on the DJ page without a shift listed).
Charlie Lombardo is listed as doing middays at both 'RCN and WJVC (My Country 96.1).

What's going on there?

I just posted this topic a few threads higher, didnt see this one, but what heppened.....I only listened to that show a few times and when I did I was glad they were on!

According to the papers filed with the FCC the sale of WRCN and WKJI from Barney to JVC was a package deal, for a value of $3mm. The deal closed on January 18th.

A interesting side note, it appears from the contract exhibits on file with the FCC, Caracciola and Canales each have a 20 share of voting rights, and own 16.9 and 12.5 percent of the company respectively. Northwood Ventures and Northwood Capital Partners own the majority share in the company as well as voting rights.

Didnt you work for John C??
