WRDW

Anyone with an HD radio notice Wired 96.5 has an HD 3 station with "dead air" on it? What are they planning on doing? I thought it was my insignia portable malfunctioning since it froze tonight, but I saw it on my Sony tabletop radio as well.

I'm over here in Toms River NJ, and also heard the "dead air" HD3 on WRDW the other night ..
The night before that, though, their HD2 was emitting a very loud "tone" .. although, now, it's back to the dance music ..

What kind of music ?
I've got it on now and it's still dead air ..

Beasley's WKIS HD-2 in Miami Recently added "Voice Of Russia" so maybe that's what's in the plans?

Also remember going to Philly in late '05, with one of the first HD Radios to hit market....WRDW HD-3 was up, running a WWDB simulcast, with dead air the times 'DB was off.

I'm guessing Beasley owns WWDB as well? I only knew about WXTU, WRDW, and WJBR in the area.

New to the market? WWDB used to be the flagship station of Beasley in Philly. It's FM used to occupy 96.5. WWDaveBeasley.

Dead air ..
