WRFN-LP expanding to 103.7?

Anyone know anything about this? From Whit Hubner's Facebook page:
WRFN - Radio Free Nashville is on the verge of expanding to another frequency, 103.7FM. This will allow everyone in Nashville proper to hear the broadcast. This is very exciting news for independent radio and broadcasters.

I note the primary station listed on translator W279CH has been changed from WPLN to WRFN-LP. I've heard announcements on their air asking for contributions to pay for construction of the translator.

Did a bit of math on this. They couldn't move it much north/west of the Channel 4 tower near Nashville Tech, as it would be too close to the 103.7 station in Murray, Kentucky.

I don't see anything else that would prevent them from increasing to 99 watts from pretty much anywhere from Belle Meade to the south and/or east. Except the cost of tower rent.

That one is definitely a blowtorch. Back when I lived in west Tennessee, I was able to hear them on a trip to Memphis, and didn't lose them until almost Covington!

And recently, when I listened to 103.7 after I found out that WRFN might be expanding to there, I was still able to hear the Murray station. (Faintly, of course) I was in Antioch at the time!

I can quite often hear the Murray 103.7 down here just below the AL line, if I null out WQEN in Birmingham during some light tropo
