WRFY BOOMING IN

Iheart owns both 102.5's in Philly & Reading. As well as 2nd adjacent Q102. So really they could put what they want on it (or not) and it shouldn't cause issues, of course, accepting mutual interference is on them if they want to see it that way.

I guess this was mentioned earlier, but Theoretically, they could turn the Philly Translator into a WRFY booster, if they really wanted to, but then WRFY might change to focus more on Philly and not Berks County. FCC limits might not like that, but: Another example of this is the station WBGF/WZFL - Revolution 93.5 in South Florida. Their Rimshot(s) Signals are very weak in most of the populated coastal areas between FLL & WPB. However they added another simulcast of that station, translator signal W228BY in Downtown Miami. They are on synchronized signals, which makes it work just like an on-channel Booster. I think its a nice setup, and sounds great overall. They're also on a HD Radio Sub-channel locally as well.
