Does anyone have airchecks of 102.5 WRFY-FM in Reading, PA?
I'm lookin for anything before 2008 when Sam ONeil was there voice guy, and when they covered the span of classic rock to today's rock. I remember Chuck Corban, Freddy I Zeddy, Trapper Brown, Suzie Summer and Nick and Ted in the mornings.
I'll take anything that anybody has of this station that is unscoped and in stereo as there was always a live DJ on air during this time. I loved this station during the 90's too.
WRFY just isnt the same as it once was. Processing is more egressive on-air which I dont like, they focus on classic rock (only incorperating 2 current rock tracks an hour, and i haven't liked the voice guy since they stopped using Sam ONiel. A lot of the jocks went on the chopping block, too. How very very sad.
IT was a very unique rock station IMO and i hope somebody someware has airchekcs of the good days.
