Just was checking out WRFY from Camden County in NJ and was totally unable to get any trace of a stereo pilot, are they indeed transmitting in mono? If so, why???
It's funny you mention that. I have only noticed the mono signal in my Honda CR-V stereo. In all of the other radios I've listened to WRFY in, they all show the "stereo" signal.
I, too, noticed this on my truck's stereo a few weeks ago. The stereo in my office at work does show the stereo light. Thanks for posting this and saving me the trip to Princess Anne, MD or Pittsburgh to see if my stereo light was defective on 102.5!
KSB, I thought the same thing. However, I was in Ocean City, MD last weekend with my CR-V. The religious station on 102.5 from Princess Anne, MD showed as being in stereo!
