WRGB Spills Off Screen

Ever since the digital transition, the CBS-6 (WRGB Schectady) picture spills off the left, and lower edges of my 27" screen. This is especially noticible when they display the weather forecast/live radar. I can't see the dates/times. I haven't found a way to shrink the picture on my set. What's the solution?

We are recieveing 3 WRGB's at a summer cabin .The usual station 6-1 , THIS-TV 6-2 , and the 3/4 screen version of the usual station on 6-3 as long as there are no clouds in the sky. The only other channel we can bring in is WXXA 23-1 & 23-2 on a clear day. We do not recieve WNYT or WTEN using our converter boxes at all . We are 60 miles northeast of Albany and it seems we are not alone in this situation.
