WRIA-LP Question

This station is in Jacksonville, FL. It's licensed to the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. How is it assigned a frequency of 87.7? It's not a Frankin' FM. It's an LPFM.

I must be dense. LOL!

It is listed at 87.7 on at least one website:

https://lpfm.us/?state=FL

Thats obviously a mistake, 87.7 isnt even a frequency you can license an FM station on and lpfm.us is rub by Recnet which helps lpfms with filings, etc.. so michelle bradley should know better

Probably a typo. Even the FCC hoses things up. They are people not machines.

LPFM.us is a combination of manual and automatic updating. The channel number in the internal database was "0", which in our systems displays an 87.7. I have fixed it.
