WRIP lifeline to communities in storm recovery

WRIP in Windham a voice in the storm during Irene and recovery. Local radio doing what its supposed to do,

from Nancy Jaeger-Carbone) I'm a former Windham weekender who weekends just across the county line in Preston Hollow/Medusa area. Spent last weekend listening to RIP 97.9 and was amazed at people's strong spirit and sense of community despite such a disaster. The radio station is doing a great job of keeping everyone informed and providing a link to bring in much needed items and services. Keeping everyone in my thoughts and prayers. Please stay strong.
