WRKA now a blowtorch?

Could WRKA be on their new tower, Saturday the WVEZ legal I.D was St. Matthews.
I heard WRKA on the outskirts on Westside Cincinnati Saturday Morning....

Probably so...I'm 74 miles from their new site & it's similar in strength to 106.9...showing nearly a 3 on the 0-5 meter.

Per WRKA's PD, the new transmitter/tower signed on just before 4PM Friday July 11.

Im hearing WRKA here in Martinsville IND about 100 miles away,,, It has similar strength to Kiss fm 98.9 and WAMZ, the only louisville signals I can always hear,, but just barely. I also heard Lexingtons Mix 94.5 briefly today, less than one minute, Playing Rod Stewart.

It sounds good on the Bose Wave Radio with no outdoor antenna at 74 miles...it's earned Flamethrower status in my book.

Or at least scare WAMZ back into being live & local to defend their turf.
