WRNB "Commercials"

Every time I listen to WRNB, it seems that 90% of the "commercials" are those generic-sounding "national" type ads like "get out of debt fast" and "let us help you stop those annoying IRS calls" and stuff like that. I only ever hear a handful of local business spots. How is this station making any money or doesn't Radio One care about that?
