680 gave up the calls in the early 1980's. A station in the mid-west had the calls for a while. I don't know current status.

According to the FCC data base, the WRNG calls are on a low-power TV station in Chattanooga. No radio station currently has them.

Nobody can "own" call-letters. But WRNG call-letters are currently assigned to an LPTV in Ringold, Georgia...
