She is on the far side of 60, assuming her graduation date from college in 1974, I think we can agree her TV days are over, ( see picture here from 2010 http://wrnipoliticsblog.wordpress.com/2010/09/24/thank-you-bob-seay/ ) and being canned from CBS in 2005, and leaving WRNI under unknown circumstances... then suing them is not going to get her hired anywhere ever again
