WRNT 48 back to Test pattern again

I forgot to mention this one last night, it appears WRNT 48 Hartford is back to a test pattern yet again. Last time this happened, they eventually came back with a new network affiliation. I wonder if that's going to be the case again. Anyone here have a clue what's going on there?
 
No color bars tonight, just some occasional programming that drops out and then a little "no signal" or "Signal is weak!" box comes up. Very blocky picture at times. Reception on the dish network dish is not going too good for them, although I think I'm seeing a potential DX night (I see ch 51) I'll post on it in a new topic if the rest of the dial makes me feel it worthy.
