New Orleans WRNV Norco - on air?

Hello all, I'm over in Baldwin County Alabama (halfway between Mobile and Pensacola) and was doing a little band scan this afternoon, when I came across a mystery station on 91.1 MHz airing programming in Spanish. The signal was pretty weak but it was clearly a woman talking with the sounds of cowbells (!) constantly ringing in the background.

Normally if I hear anything on this frequency here it's WPSM in Fort Walton Beach (religious "Destiny Radio") but their web stream was English music. The next closest stations are either AFR or Radio 74 and they were doing English as well.

That led me to WRNV which is listed as an unknown format on Radio Locator. The ownership is listed as K-Love but I'm wondering if it's on with some sort of Spanish format.

All of the other stations I heard seemed to be confined to the New Orleans and Biloxi areas, so this seems like a good candidate but I was hoping someone local could tell me what's going on with the station.
