WROR HD-1

I hope all that time the HD1 was silent, they weren't ID'ing as "WROR, WROR-HD1, Framingham-Boston." If it's not illegal, it should be.
If the HD1 is on the air at all, it can’t be silent (broadcasting a silent carrier) because HD1 must rebroadcast the analog parent station.

The HD signal was completely off the air, not broadcasting a silent carrier. If it had been, the whole station would have appeared silent to anyone with an HD radio within range of decoding the HD signal.

An HD2 or HD3 channel could be running a silent carrier and few people would notice.
