According to Boston Radio Watch and WROR's own website, starting today, Julie Devereaux has been taken out of afternoon drive and moved to middays from 10am to 2pm. Jay Beau Jones has been installed in afternoon drive from 2 to 7. Julie loses an hour of airtime each day. But they finally fill an air slot that has been jockless for years. I was kind of expecting WROR to bring in Candy O'Terry for middays when she left Magic.
Julie D has been with WROR for 15 years, doing nights and just about every shift except for morning drive. There was even one period when she was laid off for 6 months or more, then brought back to "co-host" the awful (Tom) Doyle and Devereaux afternoon show.
Loren and Wally (naturally) say onboard from 5:30 to 10. 80s at 8 continues with Hank Morse. Overnights remain jockless.
