Apparently, WRPS went silent on 11/29/12 to make the changes specified in their Construction Permit. It's too bad they didn't put a temporary backup system in place, in order to keep the station operating during the construction period. That's pretty easy to do. To me, IMHO, downtime is not an option. But, that's neither here nor there. I do hope they get things back on line quickly. It's a really good sounding station, well programmed and well engineered. It's been a preset for me for years.
