WRSA - Holly Pond?

I browsed back through some postings, but didn't see any discussion of why WRSA changed their city of license (not their tower location) from Decatur to Holly Pond ???. I'm sure there is a reason, but I'm too dense to get it. The only reason I can think of is that it gets their license one county closer to Birmingham, but don't know what that would accomplish. Are they trying to free up a slot for Decatur? I'm new on this board, but love it already!

Probably was connected with WFMH-FM (95.5) changing its COL from Holly Pond to Hackleburg.
