WRTY translators on 94.9 and 106.1

I don't know if it's Kevin F. that takes care of the Temple U. translators, but I just wanted to throw this out there....

The audio on both sounds like it's coming from a tape that's not riding properly over the heads in the tape deck. I think they call it "out of phase"?
 
I'm not their caretaker, Jeff Depolo in Philly watches over Temple's translators. Part of Jeff's family lives in NEPA so he is in the area often. I just listened to 106.1 and it sounds noisy. This translator is on Bald mtn with the WEZX aux, FLN 98.9, QFM 100.5, & EJL 96.1 and picks up 91.1 directly from Camelback Mtn. The ice storm a few days ago wreaked havoc on many regional mountain top sites. I would guess this is the issue. 94.9 picks up 91.1 at Penobscot mtn.

106.1 sounds better this midday, back to normal. Its warm today, that may be helping. 94.9 sounds a little noisy...I don't get it great in downtown Scranton anyway. Any of you down in WBarre get 94.9, curious to see if its clear or noisy.

Okay, I can definitely confirm that the audio on both translators is muffled. The highs are missing.
