WRVO Geneva Translator Changes Frequency

The first half of the translator swap in Geneva has taken place. Yesterday, I found the translator that relays WRVO for Geneva had relocated to 90.7. This frequency, of course, had previously been active as a Calvary Satellite Network outlet. WRVO, meanwhile, had been heard on 106.3. 106.3 is now dark. Presumably, this will return to the air with a commercial format supplied by the Finger Lakes Radio Group in the very near future. My personal speculation is that it will be WGVA on FM.
