WRWD on 106.9

I was coming home from work today and I found out that there is a radio station on 106.9, and it carries a simulcast of WRWD as heard on WHUC at 1230 AM. What a waste of frequency. 106.9 is a translator that carries WHUC-AM as WRWD on FM which is ridiculous to carry. How many stations do we need? You got 107.3, 99.3, 1230, and now you've got 106.9. I listened to it, and it is not coming out good, because it clashes a religous station "The Bridge" which is WJUX which was formerly "Jukebox Radio". If you look at the signal pattern, the station doesn't come out good when it reaches Kingston and Saugerties. Both of these are unlistenable and it runs at low power. The link explains why this is happening.
