WRWD

I think WRWD is a terrific country station. I can recieve them in my car (while sitting in my driveway) here in northern Bergen County NJ all day long. A nice idea for Clear Channel would be to buy up or lease a stick in Westchester and simulcast the signal into the northern NYC suburbs where country is lacking on the airwaves.

This station is better than what is down the dial on 94.3. The station could use a little more power as good reception at home is a bit of a challenge for me in the Hyde Park area.

This would in some aspects be a good idea, because country is lacking in NYC. However, simulcasting a HV station in to Westchester has been tried, and failed, before (K104.7 WSPK/K107.1 WXPK)

1370 WRWD-AM's signal, being in Ulster County, more than likely doesn't make it into Westchester and New York City.
Edited by ChrisConfalone on 11/03/05 01:57 AM.
