Two questions... (actually three)... Are they still throwing in a little R&B with the gospel? Weren't they Top-40 at one time? And... Does anyone here know anyone there? I would love to get a copy of their amazing jingles!

Before becoming R&B WRXB, AM 1590 was, in fact, a Top 40 station with the call letters WILZ.
 
Try contacting Ed Edwards... their GM.... Used to work in the Manatee / Sarasota area for decades.....
