I've been listening to the stream a lot lately, and in my opinion, the imaging is very smart and sincere. It doesn't sound "low budget" to me. It appears to be slowly ramping up.

Imaging is nice and smart, but the female annoucements are lousy and irritating. Maybe some decent voicetracks for the time being is better.
