Anyone in the Albany, GA area know if WRXZ is still on the air? I understand that things are not looking good for On-Top.

I think WRXZ has been having financial problems for quite some time. Additionally, WRXZ's sister station, WFFM-105.7 Ashburn, Ga. has been off the air for a while, too. Last I heard, there was talk of both stations being sold to another company, but I haven't heard anything new about a possible sale.
