WSAH/43 Bridgeport Changes Shopping Affiliates

My idea for putting more worthwhile programming on Ch 43 would be for them to run a couple of Cablevision's News 12 newscasts - it would give Channel 8 a little competition!

Still won't receive that station here in New Britain either way.

That's because most of their 3 million + watt signal goes onto Long Island. Their former GM/Chief Engineer who also was Chief Engineer at "AM 990 The X" back in 2004 when I interned down told me WSAH's signal is better on Long Island than most of Connecticut and only a small portion of Connecticut can recieve it.

It is the policy of WSAH TV to not get involved in wild speculation on internet chat boards, but suffice it to say, I am alive and well and still GM/CE. I never told you any such thing, except that we put a respectable signal over LI.

The answer will become abundantly clear. This is based on Longley-Rice and not subject to any speculation or opinion.
