WSAI - 1360 Signal Issues

Well, looks like the 1480 signal is "powered up" and sounding solid,
Now how about AM 1360.
It's pretty good during day inside the I-275 loop, but at night - its' awful unless you are within 5 miles of the transmitter.
What happenend? I remember years ago as a kid in Huntington, WV. listening to them at night - 130 miles away.
I've seen the signal contour maps - something's out of sync. Regardless of the programming and CC, the signal is just not performing to potential.
Grounding and/or transmitter issues? Thoughts? News?

I live in Mt Lookout and I've noticed that in the evenings I now have to rotate the radio to actually hear 1360 now.

This wasn't the case until about a week or two ago. Something definately has changed regarding the strength of the signal in the evenings.
