Since Paul Giamarco left WSAR to go to WPRO, WSAR has been
looking for BOTH a Program Director AND Talk Show host.
Tony Farr has been doing the Talk Host part. Tony had a very touching show
last week. The year old baby that died in the car. I believe it was one of the better shows I`ve heard in talk radio. I also enjoy the banter between him
and Jen Prucha. However , Hector Gauthier has ,for the most part, been the pitch hitting Program Director.
Happy Hec is tired. Hec loves the business, but he`s tired.
Keri Rodrigues was told of WSARs situation by Bill Turfurro .
She jumped at it. She will start Nov.1.
She will be leaving B101.
I believe she is taking a major step down. She`s leaving B101 in the lurch.
They don`t forget those things. She has some problems there anyway,so she won`t be missed, but still.
2 things; 1) The post 'Kerrianne' left calling herself a 'bitch'...
Was that necessary? Immature , to say the least.
2)Keri is well known for being an in your face Liberal.
How will that sit with the Fallriver listening area?
Do they want to hear Jenifer Brien, Jane Fonda, Democrat talking points?
The Karoms are the owners of WSAR. They are MURDER to work for.
I know, I used to work there. Not 6 months ago half the staff quit!
I guess people learn by lives experiences.
