Hi everyone! I was listening to News 95.5 FM/AM 750 WSB-AM/WSBB-FM yesterday Sun. 3/6/2016, and noticed what has become the start of some programming changes for March 2016. At 11AM, they're now airing a encore airing of AMN (Atlanta's Morning News) Sunday Edition with Scott Slade. I thought this was a special edition of the news show because of it having been a major Presidential election primaries/caucuses weekend in other states across the nation including the Puerto Rico primary. Apparently, this encore airing of AMN Sunday Edition has become permanent. Therefore, this leads to another program change. The Von Haessler Doctrine with Eric Von Haessler has now been expanded to 3 hours. Therefore, instead of being on for just 2 hours from 1PM-3PM, the show is now on from 12PM (12 Noon)-3PM. It looks like Adam Goldfein got let go. I don't know the full details about that, but it was only a matter of time since no one listened to him much ever since he took Ilyce Glink's place.
I get health expert Dr. Joe Esposito's e-newsletters delivered to my email inbox every month. I received an email message from Dr. Joe saying that the 5AM airing of his show HealthTalk Atlanta is moving to an hour earlier at 4AM on Sunday mornings in less than 2 weeks on Sun. 3/20/2016. I don't know what this means for the usual 2-hour block of Perspectives/Lutheran Hour/Day One/First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta. I don't know if it's going to move to 5AM-7AM. Then again, it may stay in its current 6AM-8AM slot. I won't know anything for sure until it gets closer to Sun. 3/20/2016. The HealthTalk Atlanta show airings on B98.5 FM & 97.1 The River will continue to air Sunday mornings at 6AM. Dr. Joe's live call-in show edition HealthTalk Atlanta will still be on Sunday nights from 7PM-9PM right after Bulls & Bears Radio Sunday with Steve Champ of Online Trading Academy airs at 6PM. No, Bulls & Bears Radio is not a companion show to Bulls & Bears TV with Brenda Buttner which airs Saturday mornings from 10:00 AM-10:30 AM on FNC (FOX News Channel) part of The Cost of Freedom Saturday Morning Biz Block. Bulls & Bears Radio does have a Saturday edition that airs every Saturday night at 7PM on WSB-AM/WSBB-FM.
To be honest, Bulls & Bears Radio is over-promoted. The ads air too much. I'm thankful that the Mutual Funds Show isn't over-promoted. It's not even promoted at all. It's just the store itself that's promoted. The Mutual Funds Show usually airs every Saturday at 12PM (12 Noon). Here's some programming advice for WSB-AM/WSBB-FM. Give Belinda Skelton's Atlanta Living a 3rd hour by having it on from 12PM (12 Noon)-3PM instead of the current 2 hours from 1PM-3PM. Instead of airing Bulls & Bears Radio Saturday, air all 3 hours of Handel On The Law with Bill Handel from 6PM-9PM. It's stupid to air 1 hour of Handel On The Law at 6PM, air a business radio show at 7PM, and then air another hour of Handel On The Law at 8PM. Instead of airing Handel On The Law on Sunday mornings from 12AM (12 Midnight)-3AM, air the Best of The Dana Show with Dana Loesch from 12AM (12 Midnight)-2AM, and then air the Best of Rick & Bubba from 2AM-4AM. Now Bulls & Bears Radio should be done away altogether. If I want stock market advice, I can either tune in to Money Matters with Wes Moss Sunday mornings from 9AM-11AM, tune into Biz 1190 AM WAFS, and/or tune into FBN (FOX Business Network). Now The Daily Check-Up with Dr. Bruce Feinberg on Sunday afternoons should be given a 3rd hour. Therefore, instead of its current 2 hours from 3PM-5PM, it should air from 3PM-6PM. As for Successful Retirement (the Albertson Financial show) with Kristen Charles, that show can air in the 6PM hour on Sunday nights. Neal Boortz shows himself too invested in that show whenever he does ad spots for Albertson Financial.
If anyone else finds out any other programming changes for this month happening not just on weekends but on any other day of the week as well, you're more than welcome to spread the word by posting in this thread. Anyway, that is all.
