UPDATE:
Today WSB meteorologist David Chandley announced he is leaving to find a "chief meteorologist job" somehwere. Glenn Burns holds that position at WSB.
So, FOX 5's Chief Meteorologist Ken Cook is retiring sometime this summer. Bets are on that Chandley will take his position. WAGA would be foolish to pass on a proven local talent with such appeal. As often happens, news and weather talent just move from one station to another within the same market.
I think Chandley was the best weather person at WSB. Burns is ok, but he seem to rely on computer too much. His 70% chance of rain often turns out to only be 20%!
