Noticed WSB was using Bill Ratner for some of their recent promos -specifically one of the Atlanta Water Meter fiasco stories. There were also some promos aired on the radio side that might have been Bill as well, although I thought they sounded like someone imitating Jim Cutler.

Haven't heard any others.

Anyone know if this was meant to test the waters, so to speak, for a voice change?
