WSBK and WBIN airing the exact same movie at the same time!

This afternoon, I noticed that both WSBK and WBIN were airing the movie "Catch that Kid" from 1pm to 3pm. I have never heard of it happening where 2 channels in the same market were airing the exact same movie at once. I know that WBIN is fully independent, and I think WSBK is semi-independent, as there isn't much MyTV programming during the day at all. But I have never heard of it happening where 2 completely different channels (not owned by the same company) air the same movie that are in the same market. How do these channels usually choose which movies to air?

Four words: "It's A Wonderful Life"!

Something tells me though that "Catch That Kid" is involved in one of those nationally syndicated movie packages, where you might find it airing at one time in one market and later that day in another market... In this case, both WBIN and WSBK happened to schedule them at the same time.
