Thanks for taking my questions seriously. I have been intrigued by this situation since the first posts about a year ago. Unlike you, I am not a trained and experienced engineer - only a one-time third phone - so my opinions are just that: my opinions. To me, this is like a puzzle with a missing piece. What has happened here that I just do not see? I do wish them well.

And he's out of his cotton pickin' mind if he thinks he's getting $150k for a dark AM. Even if the building and land does come with it, that's way too much. Last time I checked, they were only getting about $1500-2000 a acre for land. I'll give him $30k for it and we'll call it even.

So, the station will return to the air before the sale is final, then? It did not say that on Craigslist.
If I were to buy or buy into a station, I would be dealing with a knowledgeable professional, not shopping on Craigslist. There is a question I would ask here, but past experience has taught me ....
